As Senior Director, I create and implement global strategy for programming in over 25 global communities. Manage $2 million annual budget including securing over $100,000 of new gifts. Establish new and maintain strong relationships with key funders to diversify funding portfolio. Launch and drive annual retreats in North America and abroad yielding lasting connections amongst young adult participants. Lead leadership training conference annually for 50+participants in the Former Soviet Union .Cultivate innovation resulting in first-ever leadership retreat and launching programming in new locations.
